Beijing Bioneovan Co.,Ltd. comes from corporate restructuring of Beijing Sihuan Biopharmaceutical Co.Ltd., a holding subsidiary of a listed company named Jiangsu Sihuan Bioengineering Co.Ltd.in 2005.
