A: A: We use air bubble film to wrap the machine inside, and ply-wood cases outside to ensure its safety.

A: Yes, we can offer technical support abroad. If you have technical problem, we will send our engineers to your country.
Q: Is it hard to use these machines?
A: No, not hard at all. After you buy our machines, you can send your engineers to our comany, and we will train them how to use these machines. For our previous clients, at most 2 days is enough to learn to operate the machines.
Q: What is the terms of payment? What about the trade terms?
A: T/T, L/C are ok. 30% pay in advance, the balance before shipment.
You can choose FOB, Shenzhen.
