A: Generally speaking, if the product customizes by the customer that we don't have the same mold, it would takes 40-60 days, because some products are not available before, and need to go through the process of drawing and make the mold, so it takes a long time.

A: You can gently wipe the ceramic with a wet towel.

3. Q: I like the style of your lamp, but the price is too high, can you use other materials?
A: It depends on the situation. Some copper lamps need to change the material. Although the cost and price are reduced, the production cost caused by personnel and technology is rather high. If you need to change, please contact us in advance.
