Advantage 4 Wire Carbon Monoxide Detector
A carbon monoxide detector or CO detector is a device that detects the presence of the carbon monoxide (CO) gas in order to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning. CO detectors are designed to measure CO levels over time and sound an alarm before dangerous levels of CO accumulate in an environment, giving people adequate warning to safely ventilate the area or evacuate.
The AW-CCO841 carbon monoxide detector are available as system-connected,it can be wired to fire panel.
Features of Advantage 4 Wire Carbon Monoxide (CO) Detector
* Designed to provide open area protection and to be used with most conventional fire alarm panel.
* Two LEDs on each detectors provide local 360° visible alarm indication.
* LED indicator flash every six seconds indicating that power is applied and the smoke detector is working properly.
* The LED latch on in alarm. LED will be off when a trouble condition exists indicating that the detector sensitivity is outside the listed limit.
* The alarm can be reset only by a momentary power interruption.
* The detector that initiated the alarm condition will have its red LED and relays latched until reset by panel.
