The HWS50 drilling rig is a mountain seismic exploration drilling rig newly developed and produced by our company and can be widely used in rugged mountains and other areas where onboard drilling rigs cannot operate. The rig has the following features:

Pneumatic hard rock drilling machine drilling rig is a kind of mountainous seismic exploration and drilling equipment newly developed and produced by our company and can be widely used in the rugged mountains and other areas where vehicle rigs can not work. Using different media, the drilling rig can realize different drilling methods such as mud drilling, air drilling and air hammer drilling, and adapt to different formation environments. The drilling mud method can reach a depth of 30 meters, while the air drilling or air hammer drilling depth can reach 15 meters.
The main parts include assembly rig winches, gearboxes, rotors, pulleys, powertrain, and drilling rigs with different configurations such as mud drilling, air hammer drilling, air drilling.
Drive gearbox, easy to operate and maintain, low labor intensity. Drilling engine based on ease of movement and drilling. Self-winch, can enhance the drill pipe and drill bit.

Drilling rig storage
1 All parts of the rig should be cleaned during long-term storage of the rig;
2 Put the fuel in the engine fuel tank and the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic tank;
3 Remove the battery connector and place the battery in place.
4 close the hydraulic lines;
5 Inject grease at each cup as required;
6 All exposed surfaces are greased or sprayed with wax;
7 Place the rig in a dry, ventilated place to avoid rain and sun exposure.
