Introduction for plate Compactor :
Vibrating plate compactor is mainly suitable for the bonding between tamping particles and materials with less friction, such as river sand, gravel and asphalt. Under normal circumstances, the floor area of the same type of flat plate is similar, so the performance of the flat impact cymbal is mainly affected by the quality of the whole machine, the exciting force and the excitation frequency. The exciting force is mainly used to maintain the forced vibration of the material to be compacted; and the excitation frequency affects the compaction efficiency and the degree of compaction. That is, under the same exciting force, the higher the excitation frequency, the higher the compaction efficiency and compactness high.
The vibrating plate compactor needs to maintain a certain jump height when the work jumps, generally between 0.4-0.8mm. When the vibrating plate compactor reaches the same exciting force, the higher the operating frequency of the plate compactor, the smaller the required vibration quality, and the lighter the overall quality.
