JPL1350 series polarizing microscope using light polarization characteristics of the substance having birefringence study identified the essential equipment. It has a wide range of uses in medicine, such as observation crystallizing teeth, bone, hair, and live cells are structural details of the contents thereof, nerve fibers, animal muscle, such as plant fibers, denaturation analysis. We can also observe the status of various inorganic chemistry crystallization of salts in natural light to see the fine structure.
