How specific wavelength works: 
Blue (wavelength: 450nm~470nm): Helps plants grow 
Red (wavelength: 620nm~660nm): Helps plants grow and flower: red LED is the key for flowering plants 
Infrared (wavelength: 730nm): IR can help plants grow, but can be harmful to people, so I suggest that you not use IR in your grow lights. 
Ultraviolet (wavelength: 380-410nm): UV can help plants grow and will also kill insects, but it too can be is harmful to people, so we do not use it in our led grow lights. 
So we kindly suggest you use Blue and Red LEDs for your plants.

1.Payment term: T/T 100% payment in advance, or for over 10,000USD, TT 30% deposit after order confirmed, the balance after goods ready before shipping. or L/C or Western Union for small amount or trade assurance on alibaba .

2.Lead time: normally in 5~10 days after deposit received
3.Sample policy: Samples are always available for each model. Samples can be ready in 3~7 days once payment received .Shipping port: Shenzhen , China

We ship goods by UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT express which takes 3~5 days to arrive, or by air cargo which takes about one week to arrive, or by sea which takes about one month to arrive, depending on your actual requirements.
