Q1: Sample is free or not?

       Sample is free, but the freight is under your part.

Q2: Whether there is ir-cut on the lamp pannel

       Part of our products has welded ir-cut, and we can also weld ir-cut upon customers' request.

Q3: Can you produce the product according to our sample?

       Yes, we can, as long as you send us a sample and tell us the specific requirements and the quantity reaches a certain number. We will make the same product as possible as we can and send them for your checking. Customization design is also available upon your request.

Q4: The power control board is separated from the lamp pannel or not?

       Generally speaking, for the high-power ir lamp, the power control board is separated from the lamp pannel in case of burnout and affecting the lifespan of the components; for the low-power ir lamp, the power control board is on the lamp pannel.

Q5: The lamp focus is variable or not?

       Part of our products can be made into variable focus.

Q6: What kind of package?   

       Use Transparent sealing bag,40 pieces for one small package(conventional led);

       Two pieces for one package with the black shell glass(array led).

Q8: What's the solution when items have the problem?

Q9: What are the differences between 10mil and 12mil?

      10mil is the most widely-used and cost effective while 12mil is more stable and the recession rate is lower than 10mil.

Q10: What are the high-power mils?

     Generally, there are three different kind of high-power mils, that is, 42mil, 35mil, 28mil.

Q11: Can the ir board of 4mm degree be applied to the lens of 6mm degree?

     You’d better use matching ir board, that is, if the lens are 6mm, you’d better select 6mm lamp panel, so please tell us the “mm(degree of the lens)” before you place order.

Q12: How to find the most suitable ir lamp board model immediately?

     You can send the picture of the case (housing) and tell us the size and holes of the case(housing), then we can match the most suitable lamp board for you.

Q13: Is the guarantee period of white light also 2 years?

     No, the warranty of white light is 1 year, because the power of white light is higher, and more thermal energy produced, the lifespan of white light will be reduced.

Q14: Are all the ir board with glasses?

   We provide glass for ir array lamp when necessary, the rest you can ask you case supplier. In addition, we have no gaskets (waterproof rings), they are under the case suppliers’ part.

Q15: How about the voltage?

     Power supply is the DC12V (if the customer require 5V, we are also able to make), the sequence of connection is black (+) and red (-).

Q16: Are all the goods can be delivered within 15 days?

     Upon your order, we will check our inventory, if the PCB inventory is sufficient, we can deliver the ordered goods on time, but our factory has no enough PCB, we need some time to replenish the stock, you may rest assured that we will solve the problem in the first time because we have a long-standing relationship with our supplier and we have the priority to get the PCB.

Q17: How about the illumination distance of the ir lamp of 4mm (3.6mm), 6mm, 8mm, 12mm respectively?

         The distance is not up to the lamp, lamps match the lens. The function of ir lamp is to help the lens, so the illumination distance of the ir lamp is the same with that of lens, but the more the number of the lamp, the clearer and brighter the images.

Q18: How about the material of the lamp wick?

         Generally, we have 2 type of lamp wick material: Epistar and fake epistar.
