Our factory was founded in 2012, so far 9 years of manufacturing and selling experience. We have more than 9 years of experience in exporting our products. Mainly for Europe, the United States, the South America, the Asia-Pacific region to provide customers with excellent OEM / ODM services.
How long is the production period and delivery date?
Our production arrangements are generally made after confirming the contract by customer and the production plan will be given within one day. Usually we will take 25-30 days for an order production period. Of course, the order also depends on our company's overall production plan and order details. Usually it will make some advance in the original production.
How is after-sales service?
We are committed to make long-term business relationship with our customers, we not only provide the best technical support, but also give our customers the most outstanding, the highest quality after-sales service. We promise that we will provide the same samples as the confirmation samples, and if there is quality difference from the confirmation, we will solve the problem for the customer or make corresponding compensation for the loss of the customer.
