All LED luminaires produced in Heliang are estimated carefully to ensure Tj (Junction Temperatre) of LED is under 85°C. Tj is the major indicator for measuring the lifespan of a luminaire.

Reliable Silicone by Shinetsu OSR-500
ShinEtsu OSR-500 silicone, provide 2.5W heat conductivity coefficient after 2500hrs 20psi 85℃/85%RH, and -40centi degree /30min <->125℃/30min aging test.
Die-casting Aluminum & Coating
All Luminaires in Heliang are processed with proper Powder Coating Process, with a complete procedure of cleaning and powder coating.
Akzol Nobel Interporn Powder Applied to ensure the strength of coating layer and color consistency in different batches.
Mechanical Reliability
4 wires 3phase track adaptor applied, maximum load 20Lbs, made of PC material, reliable for long lifespan service.
All driver devices inside of luminaire is fixing properly with screws, which is much more reliable than Glue work, and provide possibility of maintenance if necessary.
Reliable Grounding wiring inside, comply with safety directives.
Optic reflector & COB
PC reflector with top quality electroplate, provides 3 beam spreads optional, 15/24/38 degree.
Proper COB holder designed with reserved space for thermal expansion of COB Light Emitting Surface.
