Die-casting Aluminum & CoatingAll Luminaires in Heliang are processed with proper Powder Coating Process, with a complete procedure of cleaning and powder coating.
Akzol Nobel Interporn Powder Applied to ensure the strength of coating layer and color consistency in different batches. Mechanical Reliability4 wires 3phase track adaptor applied, maximum load 20Lbs, made of PC material, reliable for long lifespan service. All driver devices inside of luminaire is fixing properly with screws, which is much more reliable than Glue work, and provide possibility of maintenance if necessary.
