1.Q:How to Choose the System Voltage 12V or 24V or for normal street Light ?
A: We can design the System for 12v or 24v according to the LED light power.If the power is less than 40w,we choose 12v,more than 40 w ,24v.
2.Q: What’s the main difference between mono and polycrystalline solar panel?
A: The single crystal silicon photovoltaic panel has a light conversion rate of more than 18%, which is relatively high in material cost. The light conversion efficiency of Duojingui Photovoltaic Panel is 15%.
3 Q: When you will make the delivery?

4.Q: If I don't know the configuration, can you help us to know that?

6.Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A:100% of the lamps will be tested and keep lighting for 24-72 hours to test its quality reliability, and we will also test its temperature after 24 hours' lighting. Then after it is cool we again test 100% of the lamps to see if it still work well . Each lamp should pass all these QC procedures before shipping to customer.

13.Q:How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
