A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 3-5 days, and average Production time is 7-15 working days after receiving the deposit.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led screen order?
A: Yes. Led module: 1 pcs; Led screen: 1 m2.
Q4. What's your payment term?
A: We accept T/T, Alibaba Trade Assurance, Western Union and Cash. At least 30-50 % deposit in advance, and the balance should be paid before delivery.
Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on led screen product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q6: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 2-5 years warranty to our products. During the warranty period, we can offer you related after-sales service. Our professional engineering team are ready for your question during 24 hours.
Q7. How about your after-sale service?

1.We can instruct you how to use and configure your led display, how to do maintenance with spare parts.
2. We can send professional engineer to your city to offer on-site guide and training.

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.1%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will provide a certain quantity of spare parts and these spare parts can basically ensure the normal usage of the LED within warranty period.
For defective batch products, you can send the bad part to us, we will maintain it for free.
