| A2: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable. |

| A3: 5-7 working days for sample, 10-30 days for different bulk order quantity. |
| Q4. What is your payment terms? |
A4: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance. |
| Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive? |
| A5: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEX or TNT. It usually takes 3- 5 working days to arrive.Airline and sea shipping also optional. |

| A6:Yes,we can do OEM & ODM,logo on the light or package both are available. |
| Q7. Is it OK to print my logo on product? |
| A7: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample. |
