Q1. Do you have your own brand or support OEM/ODM services?
A1: Yes, Our Own brand is Allith,and we provide OEM/ODM services if you need.
Q2. Does your battery pack include BMS? Can we use it for car?
A2: Yes, our battery pack include BMS, you can use it for low speed car only or aux. power for standard car. Do not use it for standard car directly, that will need more complex design BMS for the pack.
Q3. Do you provide warranty?
A3: Sure, We offer 5 years warranty for our battery pack. we ensure at least 3000 cycle life for the LiFePO4 battery pack, which means, after 3000@100% DOD, there will still around 80% capacity left.
Q4. There is conflicting information on whether these batteries can be wired in parallel (connected to double amp-hours). Can someone please clarify?
A4: Batteries can be used in parallel, but note that the voltage of the batteries must be the same when they are connected in parallel. Our company will provide the best solutions according to your needs.
Q5. Can these be put in parallel for solar use?
A5: Yes, but there need to choose a suitable controller and inverter.
