Thread button bits specifications:
1) Bit body : normal type and retrace type
2) Bit diameter: 32mm-150mm
3) Bit face shape: flat face and drop centre
4) Tungsten carbide (Buttons): spherical, ballistic and conical.
5) DTH bit, in contains high air pressure and low air pressure dth button bit.
(a) high air pressure: Cop, Br, HD, XL, QL, Mission series.
(b) low air pressure: CIR and J series
2. Applications
The taper cross bits can be used under any rock drilling condition because of it"s comprehensive adaptability.
Taper chisel bit is mainly used for hard rock, tapered cross bits and tapered button bit are mainly used for fissural
rock.The tapered cross bit is mainly used for diging into mine laneway and blasting holes in all drilling works
the taper drill rod. For different rock, we choose the different alloy to extend the working life of the taper cross bits.
