NZG-31 internal combustion rail drilling machine is used for the drilling works of rails 43KG/ m ~ 75KG/ m. It is featured with compact structure, selflocking function, accurate positioning, high drilling precision. It uses hollow drill, or be clamped with φ13.5 twist drill.It is necessary tool for railway maintenance, repairing and overhaul operations.
Working principle: The engine supplies power, through the clutch gearing-down, to the main shaft.
The main shaft drives the drill rev. to do the drilling operation; at the same time pull the feed handle, through the rack driving the main shaft feeding action, to complete the hole drilling operation.
