Q1. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, our MOQ is 100pc but we accept sample order for you to test and check the quality.
Q2. What is the lead time?
A: Usually it takes 3-7days for sample order. For mass production, we need to further check lead time based on the order quantity.
Q3. Can I print my logo on the products?
A: Yes, we provide OEM and ODM services. We can print the logo on your products and design the package.
Q4. What is your payment term?
A: For sample order, we accept T/T before shipment; while for bulk production, we require a 30% down payment and 70% T/T before shipment.
Q5: How is your quality control?
A: All of our products will be inspected before shipments. 100% of the products will be lighted up for 48 hours after production and we have a strict QC procedure before packaging.
