2 .What is your payment method?
TT, L/C, Western Union, Money Gram, DA, DP, Alipay are acceptable.
3 .Do your products come with warranty?
Our guarantee is TWO YEARS from the date you receive the goods. During the guarantee period, we are able to offer free-maintenance, technology support, etc.
4 .Do you accept sample order? What is your MOQ( Mini order quantity)?
Sample order or trial order is accept, but we will charge a little sample cost.
5 .What shipping ways you can offer?
By International Express/air/sea according to customers`requirements, we have our own shipping agent for your reference, you are also freely to ask us.
6 .What is your lead time of bulk quantity and samples?
Sample lead time is normally 2-3 working days(we need to make samples(some models have no stock) according to customer`s requirement of specifications), as for bulk quantity, around 15 working days or more, according to the quantity.
7 .Can you offer OEM service?
