LED Color warrants all the products manufactured by LED Color to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of twelve months after the date of purchase.
LED Color warranty covers only the product itself; Your warranty rights will be honored only when the product has been installed and used properly. LED Color will not repair or replace products damaged by improper use or faulty installation .
1.What is your typical warranty for LED lamps, LED down-lite SKDs, CFL SKDs?
All products are warranty 2-3 years, if in warranty period, we repair and replace for free, if not in warranty period we repair and replace for the cost of the components. If customers want to replace the failed products that are not covered by warranty terms, we give 5% discount for buying a new one, for the same products only.
2. Do you supply to OEM or major brands?
OEM & ODM are welcome & Customized design is available.
