Quality Control
100% of the lamps will be tested and keep lighting for 24 hours to do the aging test to check if its quality reliability , and we will also test its temperature after 24 hours’ lighting.
Then after it is cool we again test 100% of the lamps to see if it still work well . Each lamp should pass all these QC procedures before shipping to customer.
Trade Terms:
1. Payment term: T/T 30% deposit after order confirmed, the balance after goods ready before shipping . or L/C ,or Western Union for small amount .
2. Lead time : normally in 5~25 days after deposit received
3. Sample policy : 1-3 Piece free amples are availble for each model . Samples can be ready in 3~7 days .

Delivery detail:
We ship goods by UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT express which takes 3~ 5 days to arrive, or by air cargo which takes about one week to arrive or by sea which takes about one month to arrive , depending on your actual requirements.
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

A: Small Quantities send by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Large Quantities shipping by air or sea . it takes one 7 - 40 working days.

A: Yes. of course , OEM is acceptable .

A: Yes, for CFL products ,it's one year warranty , for led products 2 years warranty .
Q7: How to deal with the faulty?
A: 1)Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
2)During the guarantee period, we will replace one one for you in the next order .
