As these are fragile glass, but in case of broken, we also offer 5 to10% spare parts. It is normal to have a few pieces broken but don't worry because we supply these spare parts to replace, besides we have very good and professional package with installation instruction and pictures. It won’t be difficult to install.
In additon, to be honest, the glass is packed uninstalled and there will be certain difference depends on different people’s installation to make it artist look, and the color may be a little bit different since it totally hand blown, they mihgt look 90% the same as photo. It may be fun to install by your self and make it unique style as you like. Do you mind it ?
Installation and Maintenance:
The electrical installation is very similar to putting in a ceiling fan and arranging the glass pieces is actually fun! If you have ever prepared a bouquet of flowers, you can put together one of our chandeliers. Every chandelier arrives with an easy -to-use installtion guide and we are happy to walk you through the installation over the phone. All of our employees have hands-on experience hanging these chandeliers and are a fantastic resource for hints and suggestions.
Maintenance is easy using condensed air for cleaning. Bulbs are accessible through the top of the chandelier.

Installation instruction would be provided, you only need to put stems to the metal frame accordingly. The installation is very similar to putting a ceiling fan and arranging the glass pieces in actually fun! |
Q3: Are these glass items broken easily during delivery? |
We pack them by 1pc/5-layer export carton, lamp frame K/D packing with thick foam inside, the glass are packaged separately with poly bag and foam, every packages is offered with English installation instruction and picture. Around 10% free spare parts would be put together, you can just rest assure that some broken pieces won't affect you to install a perfect chandelier. |

We use LED bulbs,which is environmental protection & energy conservation. Input voltage is 110V,220V,240V,can be used in world-wide. Life of LED: at least 50,000 hours. |
