If you’re looking for a led shop lighting fixtures, this is a decent and fabulous light fixture. These are NOT Type A or Type B or C tubes. But Easy to mount that is wired directly into 110 V. They can be assembled in series, either direct snap-in to it's neighbor or separated by a short link wire (10 inches). Fixture comes with robust installation clips and NOT easy to bend.

Answer: Yes, each fixture come with sureface mounted kits.
Does this light comes with power cord?
Answer: Yes, each fixture comes with one 10'' (25cm) length power cord (pigtail)
We also supply power cord with plug, but 39.3'' (1 meter) length, sold separately.
Do I need a ballast for this fixture?
Answer: No, Just install and connected to the power source. This light is with a internal led driver.
Does this fixture can work with a dimmer?
Answer: No, the standard version is no dimmable.
We can make it TRIAC dimmable for you if you need.
