Q1. What is the Warranty for the lamps?
A: For the lamps, we have 2 years warranty. If it is the quality of our causes, with the next replenishment orders. If large, then, to analyze the reasons for return. Q2. What is color temperature?
A:Fangtian's LED Lighting offer lamps in warm, natural and cold white with color temperatures measured in Kelvin(K). The lower the color temperature is, the warmer the light given by the LED:
Warm white=3000K-3500K
Natural white=4000K-4500K
Cold white=5500K-6500K
Q3. What is CRI?
A: CRI is a figure which feedback the real objects colors. Higher CRI with higher cost. For LED bbs, the CRI is mostly 75-82Ra, and 82Ra with higher cost. But there are some suppliers write a high data to attract clients, please note.
Q4. What is the specific size of the base LED lights?
A: The size of E26/E27/B22 is the most common one. This size works in all common fixtures. Besides, there are many other sizes, for example, E12/GU10/MR16,and so on.
Q5. Why does my LED light bb not work properly in extreme temperatures?
A: Any temperature below -4F or above 122F may cause a LED bb to flicker, dim, change color or cease to function. Once the LED bb is returned to an operational environment it shod began to work properly.
Q6. Is there cheap shipping cost to import our country?
