Q1.Do your lighting have CE or UL certificate?
MSTAR: Yes, we have both certifications, all electrical components have their own certifications also,
such as VDE, IEC, CCC, SAA, RHOS, Reach etc
Q2.How could you ensure your product quality? If any quality problem, how to deal with it?
MSTAR: We have a professional QC team, who will check from raw material to finish goods, all products will do
high-pot test and light on test;
Q3.How about your delivery time?
MSTAR: It depends on the order quantity. Generally, it will take about 7 -- 10 days after receiving the deposit for small order.
And it will need 30~45 days for bulk order ( over 100 pieces of each).
Q4.Do you have MOQ requirement? Can you accept mix items for FCL order?
MSTAR: We have low MOQ requirement for 5 pcs. We prefer you can mix items for FCL order for save both side cost.
