2013 NEWLY DESIGN PMW SOLAR CHARGE CONTROLLER  is the intelligent device with integration of controlling .

It has good running performance with LCD display and convenient operation.

Also have multi protection functions such as over-charge, over-discharge protection, and pole-confusion protection for storage battery.

The controller is adopted PWM charging mode. It has high reliable and safe operation, high efficiency, long service life functions.

 1) Control using common positive polarity way, accept 2 lines input of solar array.

2) LCD equipped (backlighting) to show parameter of system running status.

3) Excellent performance on stability and reliability.

4) Device is adopted Microcomputer chip as its core component to ensures accurate    control,

    which also makes the peripheral circuit structure simply.

5) Solar anti-charging reversely while night. And limited charging current.

6) DC power output function for DC loading necessary.

7) Over-charge ,over-discharge protection functions designed for battery bank.

8) User can stop system running by manual operation.

9) Wall mounting type be easy to fix.

 

No. 3 Security

1. Please contact the local agent before installation, which should be guided by professional.

2. Prevent any liquid from spattering on controller. Do not clean the controller with wet cloth.
3. Keep children away from controller !
4. Keep controller away from electrical heater, warmer and avoid controller under sunlight.
5. Please check the rated voltage of solar panel and battery before connection. Their rated voltages all should be accord.
6. Pay more attention on connection the positive and negative pole of solar panels and battery ,

   Please make sure to keep connection with by correct operation.
7. The diameter of connecting cable could not be smaller, which should be suit to the current.
8. Tight and good connection among components.

NO.5  LCD showing illumination

 

1) LCD:battery voltage(V) and charging current(A),bottom of line is showing system running status ,

will show"STATE: Normal" generally. When controller firstly start working, will show"system initial, please wait."

2)Red-LED blinking: is meaning battery over-discharge.
Red-LED lighting last is meaning battery over-charge.
Red-LED extinguished: is meaning battery are in normal condition.

3) Green-LED blinking: while device is initial detecting.
Green-LED lighting last is meaning system running normally.

 

NO.6  Dimension of Controller

 

No. 7 Abnormal phenomena
1. Device no DC power output, please check battery voltage with multimeter. If voltage of batteries lower than over-discharge point,

controller would cut-off DC output. Then recovery to output once voltage of battery rise to over-discharge recovery point.

2. LCD no display, please check the connection whether be right. And if battery volume are quite lower, device wouldn"t be able to running.

3. charging current is quite small. Please be remind this was caused by you are using DC output for loading.

 Most power of solar pass to loading directly. And a little of power only transfer to store.

 Of-course, if it is cloudy or raining day also would caused small charging current.

 

No. 8 Usage Environment
1 Let the machine work in the dry, clean and well ventilated environment.

 

2 Keep away from the point-blank, humid or acid environment.

 

3 Avoid from dust when used.

 

4 The distance should be above 0.5m between the machine and the battery .

 

5 It is not allow to use it in the flammable and easy blast environment, be care of blaze and scintilla.

 

6 Environment temperature: -200C ~ +500C.

 

7 The max humidity is under 85%. (25°C±5°C).

 

8 If you use it over 2000m altitude, the output power will decrease 5% while the altitude increases each 1000m.
