Answer: We can provide sample, but you need pay the freight charge, and sample cost if necessary.

Question: Can you print our logo on the product?
Answer: We can print your logo on the product, but you should provide logo artwork file in "AI" or "CDR" version. Pantone number needed if you have requirement for colors.

Question: Do you accept OEM / ODM?
Answer: Welcome for OEM / ODM project.

Question: How can I do with the complain from my customer?
Answer: Please show the problem to us with pictures, we will investigate then have meeting to discuss the issue, and give you
