(1) What size flex do you use for my neon sign?
We provide 6/8/12mm three types, usually 6mm for petite neon sign/8mm for normal size neon signs and 12mm for big size.
(2) I need a customization neon sign. But i do not have the file, do I have to provide you with a file?
No,if you do not have a file, it is ok.You can also send us a clear picture and tell us the size you need.
(3) Can your neon lights be used outside?
We provide waterproof outdoor neon signs which can be placed directly in the water.By default,we make neon signs that are not waterproof,so if you need outdoor neons, please let us know before making.
(4) How long is the shelf life of your neon lights
Two years warrenty. During the warranty time, if any quality problem we will repair or replace for you for free.
(5) We wanna make neon signs by ourselves, do you provide neon materials?
Sure, we not only make neon signs, but we are also a manufacturer of LED neon materials. We have all kinds of materials and tools. You can contact me at any time.
