Product introduction:
In the process of transmission of circuit signal, the voltage signal will weaken with the increase of transmission distance.
This module is used for the terminal of current signal transmission and converts the signal into a voltage signal for the detection of MCU.
Current input supports 4-20ma, 0-20ma and voltage output 0-3.3V 0-5v 0-10v.
Instructions:
1. The module is wired according to the definition, and the power supply voltage is 7-36v (if the output is to 10V, the power supply voltage must be greater than 12V).
2. After power up, the D2 lamp should be on, otherwise please check the wire connection.
The plate is protected by reverse connection.
3. When the current input is the minimum value (0mA or 4mA), adjust the ZERO potentiometer so that the VOUT output is the minimum value (0.0v or other voltage).
4. When the current input is the maximum value (20mA), the SPAN potentiometer is adjusted so that the VOUT output is the maximum value (3.3v or 5V or 10V; when the input is 4-20ma, the minimum output can be 2.5v).
According to your requirements, select the corresponding range through the jumper cap:
4--20ma: 0-- 2.5v range: J1, 1, 2 short joints, 3, 4 short joints
Range of V: J1, 1 and 2 legs are disconnected, and 3 and 4 legs are disconnected
0-- 5.0v range: J1, 1, 2 pin short joint, 3, 4 pin short joint
V range: J1, 1, 2 pin short connection, 3, 4 pin broken
V range: J1, 1, 2 pin short joint, 3, 4 pin short joint
0-- 5.0v range: J1, 1, 2 pin short joint, 3, 4 pin short joint
V range: J1, 1, 2 pin short connection, 3, 4 pin broken
