For samples and small acount, it is 100% in advance.

For mass production, it is 30% in advance and 70% balance.

2. How long will it take to ship my order?

As long as there is stock available, Eshinede usually ships items within 3 to 5 working days for samples and within 10 to 15 days for customized order once receiving the confirmation of a new order. The order will not be confirmed until the payment reaches Eshinede’S bank account. If we aretemporarily out of stock, we will do our best to inform you of the estimated lead time.

3. What does your warranty cover?

Eshinede’s product is backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (material or workmanship). Missing/lost or worn out parts are not covered under our warranty.

4. Who will pay the freight for repairing items?

Both parties will share half the freight: the buyer will take the freight of sending it back to Eshinede, while Eshinede will cover that of sending it back to the buyer. And Eshinede suggests to sending it back with the next mass production items.
