OPERATING INSTRUCTION
1.Install the control panel to the panel interface.
2. Connect DC motor (or DC load) and DC power to terminals indicated on the wiring diagram.
3. Make sure of the correct polarity of the connection.
Note: It is recommended to add an appropriately rated fuse in line with the positive supply in order to protect the circuit from any possible short circuits.
4. Turn on the power. The LED lights, the power is OK.
5. Press [MENU] key and UP and DOWN keys to set the functions.
6. Press [RUN/STOP] key to run and stop the motor.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
DC motor controller input is DC, cannot be directly connected to AC
Positive and negative power supply cannot be reversed, otherwise the controller will be damaged
Functions Setting:
Function 1: Soft-start Setting.
["000"-"100"], Soft start to 100% speed time can be adjustable between 0-10.0s. Default is 1s.
Function 2: Soft-stop Setting
["000"-"100"], Soft stop time can be adjustable between 0-10.0s. Default is 1s.
Function 3: MIN Speed Setting
["000"-"080"], The min speed can be adjustable from 0 to 80%, and must be less than the max speed setting value. Default is 0.
Function 4: MAX Speed Setting
["000"-"100"], The max speed can be adjustable between 0-100%, and must be more than the min speed setting value. Default is 100%
Function 5: Speed Regulation Accuracy Setting
["000", "002" , "005" , "010" , "015", "020" , "025"], Accuracy: 1%, 2%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% can be chosen. Set the min changed value, when press the UP or DOWN keys.
