Applications:
1.An intelligent vehicle traces track(whose color is black or white)or automatically
goes forward along the black track,which is called tracing.
2.An intelligent vehicle keeps away from cliff,avoiding falling off.
3.Obstacle-avoidance(Caution:Because the detection range is too narrow and the
sensitivity is not high enough,it will not work when it is too close to the black object)
4.Reflection material such as papers,tape holder,contactless IC card and so on.
How to use :
1.The sensor interface has 3 pins,they are VCC,OUT,and GND.You can use VCC and GND as
power supply,OUT is output of the signal
2.Power supply voltage:2.5v~12v,it should not go over 12v.(Caution:You"d better use
low voltage,Because high voltage can lower its life,5v is strongly recommended.)
3.Working current:18~20mA during 5V.The performance could be best when working current
is 18~20mA,mainly on anti-interference.If you want low-power sensor,we can modify the
working current(Lowest is 5mA).Leave message after payment.
4.Voh when having detected objects,otherwise OV
5.Output format is TTL,the sensor can be directly connected to the I/O port of 3.3V or 5V SMC.
The principle:
1.Using the principle that the reflectivity of the black color is low,when the surface
is not black,the infrared light from the sensor can be refleted back.Then the sensor output low level.
2.When there is a dark line in the surface and the sensor is upon it,the output is still low level.
The reason is that the reflectivity of the black color is low,few infrared light reflected back could
not stimulate the sensor.
3.We could use SMC to identify the whether the output level is low or high.
4.The principle to the defection of a white line is the same as the black one.When detecting a white
line,as the color close to the line is nearly black,we could regulate the adjustable resistor upon the
infrared sensor to lower the sensitivity until it can not detect any color close to the white line.
