Q1: What type of chips are you using for your light? Can I require different chips?
A: The chips we are using are OSCONIQ S 3030 from Osr**. Yes customization is available if you wish to change to different chips.
Q2: How will you provide after sale service?
A: 3 years warranty is provided. For small problems we will ship you new component directly, batch amount will need to be
negotiated. We have US maintenance place & warehouse to help solve problem ASAP.
Q3: What is your monthly production capacity?
A : Our factory production capacity is 5000 sets of light per month.
Q4 : How soon is the lead time?
A : For order under 100pcs, 5-10 days. For bulk order, 30-45 days.
Q5: Is this light dimmable? Can you add external dimmer?
A: This light is not designed with dimmer and external dimmer can not be added unfortunately.
Q6: How can I adjust the light output?
A: You can do so by disconnecting some of the light bars. 3 extension cords are added to connect nonadjacent light bars without taking them off. Operation is simple and fast.
Q7: Why don’t you add dimmer?A: The reason why we didn’t add dimmer is to minimize our production cost so as to provide you the lowest product price. Grow lights with Dimmer from other sellers are at least 100$ expensive than our light. In other words, we chose to help you save more money by replacing the dimmer with the detachable bars.
Q8: Why are there more leds on the two sides of the light bars and less in the middle?A: This design will help distribute light more evenly. Thus Plants on the edge can receive as much light as plants in the middle.
