A1: Yes. Sample cost can be refunded if you place formal orders in the future.
You just need to advise consignee"s contact information and courier account
number. If you don"t have a courier account, we will calculate freight cost for
you and prepay it.
Q2: What"s your MOQ?
A2: Usually we don"t have MOQ issue for standard HAN STAT brand units. If
you need OEM or ODM service, we"ll have a MOQ of 300PCS for device and
MOQ of 800PCS for the package. But we"re very flexible.Any trial order whose
quantity is lower than our MOQ is also welcome.
