Q3. How to deal with the warranty?
We will replace new one if any problem from our factory but not vandalism. The warranty time is 12 months.
Q4. How long is the lead time?
In 3 working days for sample after payment confirmed. 3~15 working days for large quantity,depending on the quantity.
Q5. What's your price policy?
We usually offer EX-Work prices, but FOB prices are available. Unit prices based on your quantity, we can apply favorable discounts for large orders.
