Q1. Are you a factory ?
Yes, we are factory. We Union Hope focus on R&D and Sales, and our manufacture base Dafeng focus on producing. They are under the same boss. We have our own material workshop too.
Q2. Do you accept OEM?
Yes, OEM service is offered. you just need send us your detail requests such as how to print your logo, how to packing , and how to make instructions etc.
Q3. How to get sample ?
When you interested in our product and come to an agreement about sample fee, you just need to advise consignees' contact information and courier account, if you don't have a courier account, we will enquiry the cheapest freight cost for you .The sample fee will be refunded if bulk order placed in the future.
Q4. Is it easy to install?
The installation is very convenient, we will supply the installation manual and video to guide.
Q5. How can I pay?
We recommend T/T by bank. L/C, Western Union, Trade Assurance way on the Alibaba platform are also acceptable.
