1. Q:Are U a factory ?Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A: Yes,we are a factory . Our factory is located in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China.

2. Q:How to get the price list?

A: Pls Email /call /fax to us with you like items name. together with your details(name,address,telephone,etc),we will send to you ASAP

3. Q:Does the products have CE/ROHS certificate?

A:Yes, All our products passed CE, ROHS. we can offer the CE/ROHS certificate to you .

4. Q:Is it OK to print my logo on stage light product?

A:Yes. We accept OEM&ODM. Please discuss with us before order confirmed, and inform us the design formally before production.

5. Q:Can I use my own forwarder to transport the products for me?

A:Yes, if you have your own forwarder in China, you can let your forwarder ship products for you.

And then you will no need to pay the freight to us.

6. Q:What's the shipping method,shipping time?

A: Three ways of shipping.You can choose which is suitable for you.

1.)By Sea ,20-40days--- Bulk order

2.)By Air, 5-10days---Bulk Order

3.) By Express,3-7days---Small/Urgent order.

A: Our products are gone through strict test and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.

If any problem ,please send back the video, picture,will check and help solve the problem.

If problem could not be solved. New spare parts will be provided to replace the light for free if in guarantee period.
