Q2. What is the recommended usage/dose?
A: Up to 6 minutes per area 3 times per day.
Q3. Can I use other rechargeable batteries?
A: You may use other rechargeable batteries as long as they are 3.7V 3000mAh 18650 BRC Protected Rechargeable Lithium Battery type.
Q4. How long does it take for me to see/feel any improvements?
A: It depends on the severity and type of injury. It may provide relief almost immediately or it could take several weeks or more to see noticeable improvement.
Q5. Can I use skin cream with the device?
A: We instruct to remove all creams or lotions before using the light. If you have residue of sunscreens cream, lotions, etc., the light may interact with them.
Q6. Is it required to wear the glasses every time I use the device?
A: We recommend using the glasses as added protection. Staring directly into any light source may hurt the eye. Please note that this device is even safer than the sunlight, because it does not have UVA, UVB or UVC waves.
