A:KISS TOY will get warm to the touch when charging. This is normal, the housing gets to approximately 40Celcius (100Fahrenheit) when charging. This is warm for human touch but safe and its actually cool for electronics and plastics which are happy running at much higher temperatures. The product has been extensively tested by third-party labs in many conditions to ensure it will never get too warm and will be very safe to use.
