1.Acceptance scope:
( 1 ) Installation of laboratory furniture;
( 2 ) Materials and specifications of materials required for various projects.
2. Basis for acceptance:
( 1 ) Main technical indicators and requirements: 1. See the economic and technical indicators listed in the project plan for details; 2. Other pointers shall be executed according to the annexes to the Contract.
( 2 ) Party B must carry out construction in strict accordance with the requirements of design drawings and the relevant engineering installation codes, regulations and standards issued by the state, and accept the supervision of Party A's site representative.
3. Acceptance criteria:
( 1 ) The overall layout of laboratory project conforms to the design requirements of drawings and is reasonable and orderly;
( 2 ) The materials and specifications of laboratory furniture comply with the design requirements, the quantity is consistent with the list of project planning documents, and there is a valid inspection certificate and inspection report;
( 3 ) Furniture installation is correct, firm and tight, and its deviation should be within the control range of design standards. The components are closely connected and no contents are exposed.
( 4 ) The table top of the test bench ( central and side platforms ) is smooth, uniform in color and smooth in edge.The cabinet body is firm, the coating color of the cabinet body plate is uniform, and the sealing edge is tight.Cabinet doors open and close freely without abnormal sound.The laminate is flat and free of burrs, and the height adjustment button is flexible and effective.The back plate is tightly sealed without deformation.The skirting board is loaded without deformation.The adjusting foot is flexible and not easy to deform.
( 5 ) The slide rail of the test bench is flexible and effective, without paint peeling off.Hinges and handles are bright and resistant to corrosion.
( 6 ) Electrical circuit modification is reasonable, orderly and safe.The power socket is safe and effective, the installation position is reasonable and does not interfere with the experimental operation.
( 7 ) Each connection part of the reagent rack is tightly seamless, the laminate is smooth, the articles are not easy to slide down, and the laminate is not deformed with load.
( 8 ) The water tank is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and is tightly jointed with the experimental table top without gaps.The trap has smooth drainage and is not easy to block.The faucet valve is flexible and effective, without water seepage, and the outlet is free from water splashing.Cabinet doors open and close freely, making it easy to repair drain lines.
( 9 ) The hanging cabinet is firmly installed and easy to use.Cabinet doors open and close freely, and glass does not fall easily.The back plate is tightly connected with the cabinet body, and the height adjustment buckle of the laminate is flexible and effective.
( 10 ) The balance platform is stable and shockproof, the table top level is free of dents, and the edge is smooth and level.The balance placement area can be adjusted independently and can be operated freely.
(11) The original structure was not damaged during the installation of laboratory furniture.
4. Acceptance conclusion and report:Both Party A and Party B shall reach a conclusion on the project acceptance and form an acceptance report. Both Party A and Party B shall sign and seal it for confirmation.
