The high temperature resistant connector is a connector that is manufactured using special high temperature resistant insulating materials and can work normally under high temperature conditions. It is suitable for connectors with high reliability contact structures in various environments. Such connectors are widely used in circuit connection devices between various electronic instruments, electronic equipment in sealed containers, and power supplies.

Materials used in WIN-WIN’s connectors mostly are high temperature resistance. The insulator materials we use are PPS, PBT, nylon 6T, or nylon 9T, of which PPS, nylon 6T and nylon 9T can withstand high temperatures up to 270℃. PBT material is used for pin header and female header(socket). Nylon 6T and nylon 9T are mainly used to manufacture Box headers and ejector headers. Especially suitable for SMD or SMT box-type connector(box header) and Ejector Headers(pop-up connector).

Note: (1)(2)(4) this there type connector are main used PBT,but (3) is mainly used nylon 6T.

All the materials can be customized.
