(1)   The electric lifting cradle slides when the platform is stationary

Reason: motor electromagnetic brake is out of order,  brake friction disc is quick-wear part.

Exclusion method: (a). adjust the friction disk and armature space, reasonable gap is 0.5-0.6mm. (b). replace the friction plate.

(2)   One side electric hoist does not work or  electromagnetic brake heat smoke.

Reason: (a).brake armature does not work, causing friction between brake disc and motor cover. (b). Coil, rectifier block short circuit damage.

Exclusion method:  replace the electromagnetic brake coil or rectifier block.

(3)   The electric lifting cradle is abnormal noisy

Reason: components damaged

Exclusion method: adjust and replace.

(4)   Wire rope can not pass through the electric wire rope

Reason: welding problems with rope ends.

Exclusion method: (a). polish welding area. (b). re-produce the end of wire rope.

(5)   The hanging cradle is tilted

Reason: motor speed is not synchronous, hoist rope difference, brake sensitivity difference, centrifugal speed limiter wear.

Exclusion method: load balance, adjust brake gap, replace the centrifugal speed limiter spring.

(6)   Electric wire rope abnormal wear

Reason: friction  caused by pressure pulley and groove.

Exclusion method: replace the parts of rope mechanism.

(7)   Safety lock can not lock the wire rope

Reason: rope clip wear, steel wire rope stained with oil, the safety lock is not sensitive

Exclusion method: Replace the safety lock torsion spring, and inject lubricating oil into each operation part, replace the safety lock clamp and replace the wire rope.

(8)   The lifting cradle can not work

Reason: power supply is not normal, the motor overheating causes thermal relay action.

Exclusion method: check whether electric power supply is normal, and the thermal relay  can be reset after the motor is naturally cooled.
