1.   Electric working platform slides when it is stationary.

Reason: Motor brake is out of order, brake friction disc is vulnerable part.

Exclusion method: (1). Adjust the distance between the friction disc and armature to 0.5mm-0.6mm. (2). Change friction disc.

2.   One side of scaffolding working platform hoist doesn’t work or motor brake heat and smoke.

Reason: The brake armature doesn’t work which causes friction between brake disc and motor cover. Coil and rectifier block is short circuit damaged.

Exclusion method: Replace motor brake coil or rectifier block.

3.   Electric suspension gondola is making abnormal noise.

Reason: Components are damaged.

Exclusion method: Adjust and replace.

4.   The wire rope can not pass though electric hoist.

Reason: Welding of rope end is not good enough.

Exclusion method: (1). Polish welding area. (2). Make wire rope ending again.

5.   Electric hanging platform tilts.

Reason: Motor speed is not synchronous, speed limit has abrasion, rope pulling differently, brake sensitivity is different.

Exclusion method: Load uniformly on working platform, adjust brake distance, replace speed limit spring.

6.   The steel wire rope wears abnormally.

Reason: Wheel and groove press wire rope friction.

Exclusion method: Replace the parts of rope pressure device or wire rope.

7.   The safety lock is not able to lock wire rope.

Reason: Rope clip has wear, steel wire rope stained with oil, safety lock reacts slowly

Exclusion method: Replace the spring of safety lock , inject lubricating oil, replace rope clip and steel wire rope.

8.   Suspended working platform can not work.

Reason: Electric power supply is abnormal, motor overheating causes thermal relay action.

Exclusion method: Check electric power, and reset thermal relay after motor cools naturally.
