1. Order CuSn8 bronze material from our supplier. It usally take one week to order it.
2. Once the material comes, will arrange an schedule for cutting by the cutting machine and molds comes from the cutting machine.
3. Drilling middle hole and process image for this process.
4. Oil drilling machine, and finished process with the machine.
5. Refine the cases and bezel by CNC or NC machine.
6. Drilling the hole of the case for the crown, case, lugs and etc.
7. Full QC after Rough polish and QC after refine polish. Then assembling the case with glass, caseback and crown.
8. Water resistant test before or after assembling to complete watch
