After a period of operation, electric suspended cradle should be inspected and repaired. This is because that some stressed components and wearing parts are easy to be consumed in the process of working. In order to avoid faults or accidents in the process of using, the following aspects should be done in daily operation:
I. The electric hanging cradle should be cleaned in time after operation
After daily using, important components should be cleaned, clear up all kinds of wastes and external dirt. After the hanging cradle is disassembled, wire ropes, electric cables should be well coiled, all different components should be put together, and the connecting parts should be collected and properly stored to avoid mildew, corrosion, deformation and loss.
II. Safety locks, reduction gear box, and transmission device should change lubricating oil regularly
After each using of self-locking device, anti-rust oil should be added to the tension spring to ensure sensitive action, and the movable part of the safety lock should be lubricated once a month. The gearbox and transmission device should be replaced with lubricating oil after the first use of three months, then add lubricating oil once a month and change lubricating oil once every six months.
III. Once electric hanging cradle works abnormally, stop using immediately
Once we find unusual condition when inspecting electric lifting platform, we should stop using immediately. The remaining wire rope on the ground should be set up. The construction hanging platform should adopt waterproof and moisture-proof measures to avoid electric short circuit.
