The design of working platform for high-rising building is complicated. It should be calculated and made of steel structures. The joints should be welded or bolted. The width of lifting working platform should be 0.8-1.0m, and the length shall not exceed 6m. The material of bottom plate is steel, it also should have a skid resistant structure.
Surrounding the high-rising working platform should have environment protective railings. The height of railings on one side shall not be less than 0.8m, and the other side shall not be less than 1.2m. The bottom of the railings should be set with 180mm high foot plate.
Fixed lifting ring should be set for aerial working platform, and the position should not be less than 800mm from bottom.
The maximum working load (number of persons) and announcement should be clearly marked on the aerial lifting platform. Make sure equipment always maintain a stable and good working state, so as to ensure safety of operation process.
