Calibration:
Method 1: Click the shortcut key on left top, around 5 seconds, directly go in “Calibration Program”
Method 2. Click the icon of “ IBD-Server” , select “ whiteboard calibration” …
Then do the calibration per the displaying dialog.
Attention: please ensure the placed position of the projector is suitable for whiteboard and projected area is rectangle.
Question: Touch-point offset
Please re-calibrate by above two kinds of methods
Still find the touch-point offset after calibrating, please select the “reset” calibration under Windows OS (the path should be My Computer – Control Panel – Tablet PC ), After finishing “ reset” action in Windows OS, please redo the calibration by whiteboard software again.
What will cause the touch problems? Such as Sensitive, Offset or Jumper
There may be other interference from the reflective or infrared light.
There may be many dusts on the bottom frame.
The power supply was not stable.
Connection:
Question 1. The whiteboard couldn’t connect with the computer (it usually refers the USB cable connected with the whiteboard and the computer, but no any response from the computer, include sound or display there is new hardware connecting)
- Please check the properties of “my computer” if it could recognize the touch device from “ Pen & Touch”
- Please double check the USB cable is connecting well (both terminals need to check)
- Change computer to see if another computer can recognize the whiteboard.
- Change USB cable to check.
- Re-install the according driver program.

Question 2 : The computer could not recognize the whiteboard ( it mainly refer the computer display “ no recognized USB device)
- Please confirm if it is using the 5meters USB cable from manufacture.
- If it is using the USB cable which the length is above 5meters, it will be the question that USB power is not enough. then need to add a signal zoom device for this USB cable.
- If the USB cable is ok, but still there is problem please change the computer to check.

No Touch
- Please confirm whiteboard is connecting with the computer, and the computer recognize the whiteboard
- Please use the according test software we sent to check if there is any hardware problem.
- If no hardware problems, but still no touch, please confirm the computer OS is ok.

Remark:
1. The whiteboard software in Window XP, Windows 7/8/10-Home Version will only support single point touch.
2. Hardware problem – mainly IR PCB, how to replace it, please refer another instruction.
3. We will offer the according components for change if any hardware questions.
