Hedge trimmer, also known as hedge shears, tea pruning machine and so on, is commonly used to trim tea trees, road green belt, seedling modeling and so on. In order to ensure the performance of Hedge machine, necessary maintenance should be carried out regularly during the use.
1. All parts of the machine should be carefully inspected before, during and after use. If the machine parts are damaged and the fasteners are loose or fall off, they should be replaced and adjusted in time. Hedge trimmer is not allowed to work with defects or missing parts.
2. The blade should be lubricated with oil every 1-2 hours. Every 20-30 hours of use, add grease (commonly known as butter) to the gearbox, which can reduce the friction between the gears and give play to the greater performance of the Hedgerow machine.
3. The maximum diameter of pruning machine should not exceed 1 cm. In case of cutting thick branches or foreign matters during operation, if you feel that the machine has abnormal sound and vibration, shut down the machine quickly and check the fault in time.
4. Clean the sponge of air filter with cleaning agent or washing powder every 50 hours, squeeze dry and dry in the sun. Remove the carbon deposit of spark plug after 150 hours of operation and replace the fuel filter once every 3 months;
5. After each stop using, clean the body, clean the tea juice on the blade with water, wipe dry, and inject engine oil into the oil filling hole.
6. Hedgerow machine long-term parking, should remove the body surface dust, debris. Drain the fuel in the fuel tank, start the engine to run at idle speed until the engine stops automatically, and exhaust the accumulated oil in carburetor and other positions. Remove the spark plug, remove the carbon deposit, inject a few drops of clean engine oil into the cylinder, and gently pull the starter to lubricate the engine oil to the cylinder wall. Install the spark plug, pack it and put it in a dry place.
