Rubber synchronous belt
1. Top glue part
The main use of epdm as raw materials, with a variety of different USES of auxiliary materials, make it resistant to ozone, oil, high temperature, corrosion resistance, not easy to aging.
2. Skeleton part
The synchronous belt frame is mainly used as raw material for kevlar line imported from Taiwan and Japan, which has the characteristics of small expansion rate, high soft tensile strength and high density, and is the core component of the belt.
3. Body part
The toothed surface adopts nylon 66 high elastic cloth as the protective layer, which makes the belt clean and toothed, and increases the high-temperature burning layer (covering glue), transition layer, organic heat insulation layer, strong layer and heat resistant layer. Covering glue produces microporous carbonization layer at high temperature, which can resist burning and prevent heat from further transferring into the body of the belt, thus playing a role of high temperature resistance. Able to withstand the material temperature 200-600℃
Two, silicone synchronous belt
1. Surface composition: adopting special formula of special silica gel for synchronous belt, with high temperature resistance between 250 and 300 degrees Celsius. Can be used in 250℃ environment temperature for a long time, often used for high temperature baking transmission
2. Frame parts: use tensile layer to resist high temperature glass fiber, the highest temperature can withstand 300℃, also can resist oil, UV radiation and ozone
3. Excellent heat resistance, ozone resistance and chemical erosion resistance odorless, harmless to human body, can be used for high temperature food transport
4. Low-temperature resistant synchronous belt, minimum operating temperature -40~60℃, cold resistant conveyor belt can be normally used in the environment of -45 ℃
